RETURN POLICY
1) Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Made in Ke pieces are eligible for return and exchanges if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase.
-Thrifted pieces can only be exchanged/ returned if there’s a defect .
-Items bought during sales and Custom mades are NOT eligible for returns/exchanges.
-To be eligible, the item must be: in it’s original condition,
Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all
It’s original tags and packaging intact
2) Return and Exchange Initiation
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at infokairetu@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order details and reason for the return or exchange.
-Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
3) Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except in cases where:
The wrong item was sent.
The item is defective.
4) Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. You will receive an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item
5) Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will process the exchange once we receive the original item. The exchange process typically takes 3-5 working days from the date we receive the returned item.
6) Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please Whatsapp us immediately at 0116149806 or email us infokairetu@gmail.com. Provide details and photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
